Terms of service

Last updated 13 October 2026

These terms are a contract between you and Sahkyo SARL, the company that operates Everdrift. They apply when you use everdrift.app, and they include the privacy policy. Creating an account, or continuing to use a workspace, means you agree to them. If you use Everdrift for a company, you confirm that you can agree on its behalf.

We may update these terms as the product changes. New features are covered by the terms in effect when you use them. If you keep using Everdrift after an update, you accept the updated terms. A violation can end your access.

Accounts

  • You are responsible for keeping your sign-in private. Sahkyo SARL is not responsible for loss that comes from someone else using your login.
  • You are responsible for the content and activity under your account, including activity by people you invite into a workspace.
  • Accounts are for people. Do not register an account with a bot or another automated method.
  • Workspace owners decide who has access and which social accounts are connected.

Acceptable use

You agree that you will not:

  • Use Everdrift for anything illegal, including copyright infringement, or to violate export or other applicable laws.
  • Publish or store content that infringes someone else’s intellectual property or other rights, or that is fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, or obscene.
  • Spam a social network, including by publishing large numbers of similar posts to Instagram, X, Threads, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, or Pinterest.
  • Share your login, try to obtain another person’s password or account, or break the security of Everdrift or any other system.
  • Scrape, crawl, or copy a substantial part of the service, or place an unreasonable load on it.
  • Reverse engineer the service or try to extract its source code, except where the law does not allow that limit.
  • Modify, resell, or exploit the service, or present another site as Everdrift, without our written permission.
  • Abuse Everdrift staff, customers, or other people in a workspace, including threats.

We may remove content, and we may suspend or close an account, when we believe it breaks these terms, breaks the law, or harms the service or other people. We may also temporarily limit an account whose usage is far above normal and is affecting other customers. We will contact the account owner first except when waiting would harm the service.

Your content

You keep ownership of the posts, media, and other content you add. You give Everdrift permission to host that content and to send it to the social accounts and Slack workspace you connect, so we can preview, schedule, and publish it when someone in the workspace asks us to.

You are responsible for having the rights to what you publish. When you connect Instagram, X, Threads, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, or Slack, you also agree to that service’s terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service when you connect a YouTube channel and the TikTok Terms of Service when you connect a TikTok account and the Pinterest Terms of Service when you connect a Pinterest account. We do not review every draft before it is stored. We may refuse or remove content that is available through Everdrift.

The design and software of Everdrift belong to Sahkyo SARL. You may not copy the interface, visual design, or code without written permission.

Writing assistant

Plans include a monthly allowance for AI features such as Agent and content review. The allowance depends on the plan and resets each billing period. When it is used up, those features stop until the allowance resets or the workspace changes plan.

AI features are a writing aid. Sahkyo SARL does not guarantee that a suggestion is accurate, complete, or appropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and approving anything your workspace publishes, including text an AI feature suggested. Sahkyo SARL is not liable for claims that arise from content you publish.

Plans and payment

Some features require a paid plan. Fees are charged in advance through Stripe when they are due, on the monthly or yearly cycle you choose. You authorize those charges when you start or change a paid plan.

You can cancel in billing settings or by emailing us. Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep paid features through the end of the period you already paid for. Canceling does not by itself refund the current period. You are responsible for canceling before the next billing date. Charges that continue because a subscription was not canceled are still due.

If you think a charge is wrong, email hello@everdrift.app. Where the law requires a refund, we will provide it. Otherwise refunds are made when we decide a charge should be reversed. We do not refund unused time on a downgrade outside those cases.

We may suspend or end access if fees are unpaid or these terms are broken. If we end access because of a violation, we will not refund the remaining period.

Availability and disclaimers

Everdrift is provided as it is available. You use it at your own risk. Publishing depends on the social networks you connect, and those networks can reject a post, change an API, or be unavailable. We use other companies for hosting, email, payments, and related technology. Transmission of the service can pass through networks we do not control.

Sahkyo SARL does not warrant that the service will meet your requirements, or that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant that results from the service, including analytics and AI suggestions, will be accurate, or that defects will be corrected. Support is provided by email at hello@everdrift.app.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Sahkyo SARL is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, goodwill, use, or data, arising from your use of the service, a substitute you obtain because the service failed, unauthorized access to your content, or the conduct of a third party. This applies even if we have been told those damages are possible. Some places do not allow these limits, and in those places our liability is limited to the smallest amount the law allows.

Ending use

You can stop using Everdrift at any time and ask us to delete your account. After cancellation or closure, paid access ends at the end of the paid period, or immediately if we closed the account for a violation. We may keep account data for a limited time for recovery, billing, or legal reasons, and then delete it as described in the privacy policy.

These terms are the entire agreement between you and Sahkyo SARL about the service. If we do not enforce a provision, that is not a waiver. Provisions that should survive the end of an account still apply, including content ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, and limits on liability.
